The Philodendron Family - beautiful tropical plants for indoors and outdoors.

Since many philodendrons enjoy the low light levels of rainforests, they are easily adapted to being potted plants for gardens, homes and offices." Their foliage shape, size, and texture varies considerably from species to species. They even produce a small fruit which is a white or orange berry (most are not edible). Their overall appearance changes greatly as they move from juvenile to adult phases.

It's like having your own tropical plant nursery...

Many philodendrons love to climb, oftenwrapping their roots around the trunks of trees, or even people if you stand there long enough. Once they reach the canopy of the tree, they become light-seeking plants and continue to use their modified roots to help them climb higher.
