Your plants will arrive healthy and in a condition which will give them the opportunity to grow and perform as we would expect them to under normal satisfactory growing conditions. If you have a concern with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If appropriate, we will replace your damaged plants, credit your account, or provide a refund. It’s that simple!

Please help us so that your plants stay in great ship once they have been delivered to you:
1) Unpack your plant the same day you receive it
2) Follow the Unpacking Instructions and read the Plant Care guide included in your box
3) Be sure you have placed your plant in an ideal location for both sun, humidity and temperature
4) If your plant is delivered to a PO Box or any third party location, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive safely and in good condition. Please be sure that all deliveries come to your own address only.
